DeerRun Q2 Urban Plus Electric Treadmill (Black)

The DeerRun Q2 Urban Plus is an electric treadmill that lets you stay active both at home and in the office. The model features a 7% manual incline, a quiet brushless motor that generates less than 45 dB of noise, and an extended running belt for greater freedom of movement. The slim design, just 10 cm high, makes it easy to store under furniture, and controls via remote or app let you conveniently adjust workout settings to your needs.

Higher workout intensity thanks to a 7% incline

A manual 7% incline makes daily walks more challenging without having to increase your speed. This feature helps boost calorie burn and engages your leg muscles more effectively during your workout. The treadmill simulates the conditions of walking on hilly terrain, park paths, or routes with varying inclines, providing a more natural and varied workout.

Extended running belt

The 100 × 38 cm running belt provides greater freedom of movement while walking. Thanks to the larger surface area, the user can move at a natural pace without having to shorten their stride or constantly adjust their position on the treadmill. This feature will be particularly appreciated by those who use the machine for extended periods during work or daily activities.

Quiet operation and joint protection

The brushless motor operates at a noise level below 45 dB, ensuring the treadmill does not disturb household members or coworkers. Additionally, the five-layer belt effectively cushions every step, helping to reduce the load on the knees while walking on an inclined surface.

Smart workouts with the PitPat app

The treadmill works with the PitPat app, which lets you track your progress, sync workout data, and take advantage of additional motivational features. Users can participate in virtual races with people from around the world, take advantage of adaptive training plans, and explore interactive routes in a 3D environment. The app also supports synchronization with Apple Health and other compatible platforms.

Easy to use and store

The DeerRun Q2 Urban Plus is ready to use right out of the box and requires no assembly. Speed can be conveniently adjusted using the Bluetooth remote control or mobile app, and the built-in LED display shows key workout data such as speed, time, distance, and calories burned. Built-in transport wheels make it easy to move the device, and the slim design allows you to store it under a bed, sofa, or in a closet.

Procedure for returning goods and cash:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

During the withdrawal period, you are entitled to use the goods only for inspection purposes (as in a store): to view visually, to check size; not to carry out manipulations (including not removing protective films, not activating software/OS, etc.).

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the purchase amount paid within 14 days from the receipt of your notice. Additional delivery costs for more expensive services (express, delivery at a specific time, etc.) will not be refunded.

The goods must be returned to the bm.market store, Krasta Street 89, Riga, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. When receiving shipments by express mail/courier, we may record the visual condition and completeness of the goods; a copy of the inspection report will be sent to your e-mail. If you request us to arrange a courier, this is done by a responsible person of bm.market; courier costs will be deducted from the refund (the amount depends on the location in Latvia).

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed in writing beforehand to cover them.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they are used in ways other than necessary for inspection. The decrease in value is reasonably documented by an inspection report and photo/video.

Indicative examples of value reduction:
– Packaging only opened, full set, undamaged
– Damaged packaging (torn/wet), product unused
– Missing accessories/documentation
– Light signs of use (removed films, micro scratches)
– Visible signs of use (scratches, stains, hours of operation)
– Irreversibly personalized/activated (software/licenses)
– Hygiene products, once opened (CM No.255, 22.5.), are non-returnable

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Clause 22 of Cabinet Regulation No.255 of 20.05.2014, including:
· the price of the goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market;
· the goods are made according to consumer specifications or personalized;
· the goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;
· the goods, due to their properties, after delivery become inseparably mixed with other items;
· opened packaging of goods that, for health/hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Note: For legal entities and self-employed persons, the commercial warranty is 1 year, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
